ADVERTISING & PAYMENT POLICY – ESCORTGG

This Advertising & Payment Policy governs the conditions under which users may purchase promotional services on the EscortGG platform (“the Site”).
EscortGG is an online advertising platform only. It is not an escort agency, does not arrange services, and does not participate in any relationships or transactions between users and third parties.
By purchasing any advertising service, the user confirms acceptance of this policy and the Site’s Terms and Conditions.
1. TYPES OF ADVERTISING SERVICES
EscortGG may offer, without limitation:
- standard listings (free or paid)
- featured options (e.g. TOP, PREMIUM, VIP)
- banner advertising
- other forms of digital promotion
All advertising services are delivered exclusively in digital format.
EscortGG reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any advertising service at any time.
2. PRICES AND AVAILABILITY
- Prices are displayed on the Site and may vary depending on:
- type of service
- selected location
- promotion duration
- Prices may be displayed in fiat currency and/or virtual credits (“Gold”, “Credits”, etc.).
- EscortGG reserves the right to change prices at any time, without retroactive effect.

3. PAYMENT PROCESSING
- Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment providers.
- EscortGG does not store or process credit/debit card data.
- Payment providers may apply their own terms, fees, and verification procedures.
By making a payment, the user confirms that:
- they are the authorized holder or user of the payment method;
- all provided payment information is accurate and complete.
4. VIRTUAL CREDITS
EscortGG may use a virtual credit system for purchasing advertising services.
- Virtual credits are not electronic money
- They are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated
- They cannot be converted into cash
- They cannot be transferred between accounts
- They may be used only on the EscortGG platform
The purchase of credits constitutes a one-time payment, not a recurring subscription, unless otherwise specified.
5. SERVICE DELIVERY
- Advertising services are generally activated within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation (best-effort basis).
- The duration of each service is clearly displayed before purchase.
- Temporary technical interruptions do not constitute grounds for compensation.
6. REFUND POLICY
Due to the digital nature of advertising services:
- Refunds are limited and assessed on a case-by-case basis.
- A refund may be granted only if:
- the payment was unauthorized; or
- the service was not activated due to reasons attributable solely to EscortGG.

- unsatisfactory results
- lack of traffic or visibility
- change of user decision
- account suspension or termination due to rule violations
Refund requests must be submitted to:

7. SUSPENSION AND CANCELLATION
EscortGG reserves the right to:
- suspend or cancel advertising services;
- remove advertisements or user accounts;
if the user:
- violates the Terms and Conditions;
- publishes illegal or misleading content;
- engages in fraudulent or abusive activities.
In such cases, paid amounts are non-refundable.
8. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
EscortGG:
- does not guarantee visibility, traffic, or profit;
- is not responsible for user or third-party actions;
- is not liable for indirect, commercial, or reputational losses.
Advertising services are used at the user’s own risk.
9. POLICY CHANGES
EscortGG reserves the right to modify this Advertising & Payment Policy.
Changes apply only to future purchases and will be published on the Site.
