This policy describes the procedure through which EscortGG receives, reviews, and removes illegal, abusive, or non-compliant content published on the platform.

EscortGG maintains zero tolerance toward:

• human trafficking
• sexual exploitation
• illegal content
• copyright infringement

• a hosting service provider
• not a content publisher
• not an escort agency
• not a service intermediary

All content published on the platform is uploaded solely by users, who remain fully responsible for it.

2. REPORTABLE CONTENT

Any individual (user or third party) may report content including, but not limited to:

• images or text involving minors
• suspected human trafficking or exploitation
• fake or fraudulent profiles
• stolen or unauthorized images
• copyright infringement
• illegal, violent, or misleading content
• violations of the Terms and Conditions

3. HOW TO REPORT CONTENT

Reports can be submitted via:

• the “Report” button available on profiles
• email to: abuse@escortgg.com

Reports should include:

• the exact URL of the content
• the reason for the report
• any relevant evidence (optional)

4. REVIEW PROCEDURE

Upon receiving a report:

1. EscortGG reviews the report within 24–48 hours
2. If reasonable suspicion exists:
   • content may be temporarily disabled
3. If a violation is confirmed:
   • content is permanently removed
   • the account may be suspended or terminated
4. In serious cases:
   • relevant data may be provided to competent authorities

EscortGG acts promptly and in good faith, in accordance with applicable law.

5. MINORS & HUMAN TRAFFICKING – ZERO TOLERANCE

EscortGG applies a strict zero-tolerance policy toward:

• content involving minors
• sexual exploitation
• human trafficking

If such activity is suspected:

• content is removed immediately
• the account is permanently blocked
• authorities are notified when required

6. COPYRIGHT & DMCA

EscortGG respects intellectual property rights.

7. ABUSE OF REPORTING

False, repetitive, or bad-faith reports may result in:

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• cannot proactively verify all user interactions
• does not guarantee the accuracy of advertisements
• is not responsible for user or third-party actions
